Qualifications

• Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial and ongoing assessment of residents.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise nursing staff on assigned shifts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.
• Review staff assignments to meet resident care needs.
• Maintain nursing standards and implement facility policies.
