AdventHealth is seeking a Manager, RN Quality & Outcomes in South Overland Park, KS. The role leads quality and performance improvement initiatives, coordinating with departments and medical staff to advance patient safety and data-driven outcomes.

The position requires RN licensure, 5+ years in healthcare operations, and strong proficiency with MS Office, PowerBI, and data analysis. It is a day shift with a 8:00 am–5:00 pm schedule and no weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
• Master's degree in Nursing preferred
• RN licensure required or ENLC-RN
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations or quality
• Experience with EMR systems preferred
• Excellent data collection, analysis and reporting skills
• Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities

Responsibilities

• Provides high-level leadership and cross-department collaboration to reach organizational goals.
• Coordinates patient safety initiatives and safety culture activities.
• Plans and supports organization-wide performance improvement and quality outcomes initiatives.
• Leads meetings and projects, delivering measurable results.
