AdventHealth is seeking a Manager of RN Quality & Outcomes to lead hospital-wide performance improvement initiatives in Overland Park, KS. The role oversees data collection and reporting, coordinates safety culture activities, and collaborates with medical staff to drive outcomes.

Strong MS Office, PowerBI, and leadership skills are required. The position is full-time, daytime, with no weekends, and requires RN licensure, a Bachelor’s in Nursing, and 5+ years of healthcare operations experience.

Location: South Overland Park, KS

Shift: M - F, 8:00 am -5:00 pm No weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides high-level leadership and collaboration with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

• Participates with leaders and medical staff in planning, promoting, and facilitating organization-wide performance improvement and quality outcomes activities.

• Ensures accuracy of data collection and submission.
• Collects, aggregates, analyzes, summarizes and reports quality data for hospital organizational performance.

Education:

• Bachelor's of Nursing [Required]
• Master's of Nursing [Preferred]
• Field of Study: Health sciences, healthcare administration, communications, business, or marketing Particularly in Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration

Work Experience:

• 5+ years experience [Required]
• Experience with computers and EMR systems [Preferred]
• Healthcare operations experience [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
• OR Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact - RN (ENLC-RN) [Required]
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$72,280.00 - $134,451.20
