AdventHealth is seeking a Manager of RN Quality & Outcomes to lead hospital-wide performance improvement initiatives in Overland Park, KS. The role oversees data collection and reporting, coordinates safety culture activities, and collaborates with medical staff to drive outcomes.

Strong MS Office, PowerBI, and leadership skills are required. The position is full-time, daytime, with no weekends, and requires RN licensure, a Bachelor’s in Nursing, and 5+ years of healthcare operations experience.

• Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Windows
• Demonstrated computer skills in MS Office Products, particularly Excel
• Proficient in PowerBI
• Performance Improvement Knowledge
• Data – abstraction, collection, analysis, interpretation, and display skills

Responsibilities

• Provides high-level leadership and collaboration with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
• Coordinates patient safety initiatives and safety culture activities.
• Participates with leaders and medical staff in planning, promoting, and facilitating organization-wide performance improvement and quality outcomes activities.
• Facilitates meetings and projects, producing measurable results.
• Creates a positive environment that fosters innovation and change.
• Ensures accuracy of data collection and submission.
• Collects, aggregates, analyzes, summarizes and reports quality data for hospital performance.
• Recommends and facilitates process changes based on identified risks.
