Job summary

Responsibilities

• Triages patients and uses clinical judgement to implement nursing interventions.
• Delegates elements of care to appropriate healthcare workers.
• Acts as a preceptor and mentor for other staff.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates an identified plan of care.
• Administers medications according to policy.
• Documents assessment data and nursing diagnoses.
• Liaises with leadership to develop office policies.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams.
• Utilizes resources to provide safe and fiscally responsible care.
• Advocates for clients.
• Willing to work across Beebe locations and shifts.
