Job summary

Meadowbrook Care Center in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our team and oversee daily clinical and administrative operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

You will establish financial and programmatic goals, monitor performance against the budget, recruit and train staff, and maintain facility policies in line with guidelines. Collaboration with sales/marketing to promote programs is also required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field required.
• Current, unencumbered Ohio LNHA license required.
• Demonstrated skills in management, planning, budgeting, marketing, and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical and administrative operations.
• Establish and monitor financial and programmatic goals and conduct annual evaluations.
• Monitor facility performance against budget and take corrective actions.
• Recruit, hire, and orient staff to support programs and services.
• Schedule and conduct regular staff meetings for supervision and communication.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations for direct reports.
• Maintain policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to promote programs and expand services within the community.
• Prepare for regulatory surveys and ensure readiness.
