Infinity Hospice is seeking a Director of Patient Care (RN leader) to oversee clinical departments and ensure safe, high-quality home-based care. You’ll lead the clinical teams, supervise staff, and shape the future of a growing organization.

You will ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation, manage QAPI, recruit top talent, and coordinate care with families and referring agencies while partnering with administrators on budget and strategic goals.

Competenze

• Current, unrestricted RN license.
• 2–3 years in home health or hospice.
• Experience in management or leadership roles.
• Knowledge of Medicare COP and regulatory requirements.

• Lead the clinical team and oversee clinical departments.
• Supervise and mentor clinical staff with care plans and assessments.
• Recruit, hire, and orient high-quality clinical staff.
