Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and develop care plans using nursing process.
• Lead interdisciplinary care planning conferences.
• supervise CNAs/LPNs/LVNs and mentor staff.
• Coordinate care with therapies and other departments.
• Ensure accurate documentation per policy and regulatory requirements.
