Santa Fe Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a supportive, team-driven environment where your skills are valued and your work matters. You will supervise CNAs, LPNs, and LVNs, collaborate with physicians, and lead care plans to ensure safe, high-quality nursing care for residents.

The role involves coordinating care with therapy and departments, mentoring nursing staff, and participating in interviews for hires as permitted by law.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate, train, and lead nursing staff.
• Excellent communication with residents, families, physicians, and team members.

Mansioni

• Utilize the nursing process to assess residents, develop care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes.
• Lead interdisciplinary team conferences to develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Assess, document, and monitor residents’ conditions and nursing needs.
• Assign nursing staff based on qualifications and resident care requirements.
• Implement physician orders, including medication administration, IV starts, treatments, procedures, and special tests.
• Ensure accurate documentation in compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise, mentor, and support CNAs, LPNs, and LVNs.
• Coordinate nursing care with therapy and other departments.
• Observe, report, and document resident responses to care.
• Respond to emergencies and initiate appropriate interventions.
