Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Lead the health care team and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Develop and update individualized care plans and monitor progress.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to standards and policies.
• Mentor and coach unit staff and support professional development.
• Collaborate with physicians and other disciplines to optimize outcomes.
• Participate in discharge planning and patient/family education.
