Job summary

Parkland Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for Hospital at Home, delivering hospital-level care in patients' homes. Flexible 12-hour days, 7 days a week, with rotating weekends and holidays.

The role requires acute-care experience and a Texas Board of Nursing or equivalent license, CPR, and a valid driver's license. The RN will coordinate care, assess and implement individualized plans, and ensure seamless transitions with minimal delays.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Must have two years of nursing experience in acute care.
• Must hold current RN license and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate acute patient care in the home using the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with independence.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow Parkland standards.
• Provide patient and family education and advocacy, and collaborate with the team.
