The role leads as a clinical resource and liaison, overseeing daily case management tasks, census considerations, on-call needs, and weekend assignments. A BSN and Florida RN license are required.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of case management experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Current DOH Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Responsibilities

• Assumes a leadership role by serving as a clinical resource and liaison to Case Management staff during day-to-day Case Management operations.
• Completes daily Case Management assignments to meet departmental needs, considering daily census, on-call assignment requirements, and weekend assignment requirements.
• Coordinates and approves staff PTO and holiday requests and maintains PeopleSoft for accurate and appropriate timekeeping.
