Baptist Health South Campus in Jacksonville is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse Case Manager Team Lead to join the Case Management Department on the day shift.

This full-time leadership role requires 3–5 years of case management experience, a BSN, and a current Florida RN license (DOH). The position supports daily operations, serves as a clinical resource, and coordinates staffing and timekeeping in PeopleSoft.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of case management experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Current Florida RN license (DOH).

Responsabilidades

• Serves as clinical resource and liaison to Case Management staff.
• Completes daily Case Management assignments to meet departmental needs.
• Coordinates PTO and holiday requests and maintains PeopleSoft timekeeping.
