Baptist Health South Campus in Jacksonville is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse Case Manager Team Lead to join the Case Management Department on the day shift.

This full-time leadership role requires 3–5 years of case management experience, a BSN, and a current Florida RN license (DOH). The position supports daily operations, serves as a clinical resource, and coordinates staffing and timekeeping in PeopleSoft.

Baptist Medical Center is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse Case Manager Team Lead to join our Case Management Department. This full-time, day-shift leadership opportunity will be located at our Baptist South campus.

Case Management Team Lead Responsibilities:

• Assumes a leadership role by serving as a clinical resource and liaison to Case Management staff during day-to-day Case Management operations.
• Completes daily Case Management assignments to meet departmental needs, considering daily census, on-call assignment requirements, and weekend assignment requirements.
• Coordinates and approves staff paid time off (PTO) and holiday requests and maintains PeopleSoft for accurate and appropriate timekeeping.

Experience Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of case management experience.

Education and Credential Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Current DOH Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license.
