Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of case management experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Current Florida RN license (DOH Florida).

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical leadership as a resource and liaison to Case Management staff.
• Completes daily Case Management assignments considering census, on-call, and weekend requirements.
• Coordinates and approves staff PTO and holiday requests and maintains accurate timekeeping in PeopleSoft.
