Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in Utah or eligible to obtain within 90 days under the Interstate Compact.
• Three years of Case Management experience.
• Two years working as a supervisor or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates work of an area in the department aligned with goals and values.
• Drives operations in line with department strategy and policies.
• May hire, orient, and develop Case Managers and support staff.
• Conducts evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensures accurate time and attendance reporting for direct reports.
• Functions as Case Manager and/or Utilization Review Nurse as necessary.
• Tracks and analyzes quality of service and utilization statistics.
• Collaborates with IS personnel to implement system improvements.
• Evaluates plans of care and monitors quality and effectiveness of care.
• Manages daily assignments and workflows; may require rotating shifts.
