Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license.
• BSN within five years of hire (where applicable).
• Respective certifications as required by unit.

Responsibilities

• Perform holistic patient assessments and document findings.
• Coordinate plan of care with patient and family.
• Communicate SBAR and handoffs with the care team.
• Provide patient and family education and safety initiatives.
• Respond to emergencies with appropriate action.
• Ensure documentation is complete and timely in EMR.
• Participate in professional development and leadership activities.
• Adhere to policies and required trainings.
