Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• RN licensing required under applicable Florida laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Apply nursing process autonomously to coordinate and delegate care.
• Mentor and role-model other healthcare team members and supervise support staff.
