Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) is a private, nonprofit community-based health system serving a 22-county region in North Florida and South Georgia. This RN role supports world-class care in a 772-bed hospital, under the Nursing Department.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Licensed as an RN in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Assumes direct and indirect responsibility for the patient's care environment.
• Provides care through collaboration with healthcare team and nursing process.
• Leads, mentors, and role models for other healthcare team members.
• Coordinates and delegates care in a safe, secure, and clean environment.
• Upholds patient rights, dignity, confidentiality, and needs.
• Uses evidenced-based practice and information technologies to relieve pain and anxiety.
