Qualifications

• Registered nurse licensed in Florida (FS), Title XXXII, Chapter 464 (Nurse Practice Act).
• RN licensure required in accordance with Florida statutes (multistate compact licensure allowed).
• No specific prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assumes direct and indirect responsibility for the patient's care environment.
• Provides care through collaboration with health care team members and autonomous nursing process.
• Provides leadership, mentoring and role modeling for other health care team members.
• Coordinates and delegates care in a safe, secure and clean environment.
• Be adaptable and use evidence-based practice and information technologies while focusing on comfort, pain relief and anxiety reduction.
