Job summary

KBR seeks a Senior RMF Policy Analyst to support cybersecurity governance, RMF compliance, and Assessment & Authorization within a complex DoD environment. You will develop and maintain RMF policies, SOPs, training materials, and documentation that support mission-critical systems.

The ideal candidate will have extensive RMF experience, DoD guidance knowledge, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration to improve compliance and automate workflows while adapting to evolving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Network Security, or Computer Science; 15 years of relevant experience may substitute.
• Ten years of experience in Engineering, Systems Analysis, Cybersecurity, Web Development, or Engineering Management.
• Five years of technical experience in cybersecurity, network protection, or virtualization projects.
• Experience with RMF Steps 1-5.
• Knowledge of NIST SP 800-53/800-37 and DoD RMF policies.

Responsibilities

• Review and update A&A Process SOPs to reflect current government-approved practices.
• Update certification/testing model to reflect best IT/security practices.
• Develop automated processes for application risk assessments and map to SharePoint workflows.
• Serve as primary point of contact for RMF SOP development and maintenance.
• Provide SME in DoD and DHA A&A requirements.
• Ensure QA processes in SOPs, and manage RMF/DIACAP templates and deliverables.
• Create training materials for government approval and maintain documentation templates.
• Attend weekly TAC/Team meetings to understand issues and drive updates to training content.
