Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot failures and perform root-cause analysis on returned electronic products.
• Perform component-level repairs on returned devices.
• Collect repair data and maintain a repair database.
• Mentor less experienced technicians.
• Design, build, and maintain test fixtures and systems (hardware, software, and mechanical).
• Develop and document troubleshooting protocols.
• Provide feedback to product development for design improvements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
