Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering or related field.
• 9+ years of related work experience.
• Experience in reliability, maintainability, and safety engineering in aerospace/manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements and develop an RM&SH program plan to achieve objectives.
• Allocate and predict failure rates (MTBF) for components and systems.
• Develop Reliability Block Diagrams (RBD) to represent system reliability.
• Perform FMEA to identify and mitigate risk.
• Assess Fault Detection and Fault Isolation metrics for availability impacts.
• Engage with design teams to meet safety and reliability objectives.
• Supervise testing and demonstrations to evaluate reliability factors.
• Conduct FRACAS to identify root causes and trends.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and safety policies.
