Morpheus Talent Solutions seeks a senior, customer‑facing program leader to own delivery of complex RL projects for frontier AI customers, from scoping through steady‑state execution, on time, to quality and at margin.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage economics of deployments, and serve as the primary liaison for RL environments, reward models and evaluation data.

Fully remote within the US with opportunities to work with leading AI labs and research teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience owning complex cross-functional customer programs.
• Fluency with reinforcement learning concepts and RL environments.
• Strong commercial numeracy and margin discipline.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into clear plans.
• Proven track record delivering on ambitious timelines.
• Credibility with research and ML teams.
• Experience coordinating multiple RL projects and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of RL projects for major customers.
• Own deployment economics: margin, cost-to-revenue, staffing.
• Act as primary contact for RL environments, reward models, and evaluation datasets.
• Translate requirements into milestones, owners, metrics.
• Move projects through gates ensuring quality and margin.
• Coordinate Technical Program Managers and Forward Deployed Engineers.
• Communicate tradeoffs to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans.
