Qualifications

• University Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in environmental clearance or design and management of transportation projects under the authority of a State DOT.
• Experience with SCRRA, BNSF, UP or other railroad authorities is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, organization, and administration of contract procurement of professional services.
• Provide project oversight, analysis, and input through all project phases.
• Monitor consultants' progress and schedule to ensure progress.
