Bechtel Corporation in Riverside, CA is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the team and support the client Project Manager in administering and delivering transportation projects through planning, environmental clearance, design, construction, and post-construction phases.

Based at the Riverside office, the role coordinates consultant activities, monitors schedules and budgets, ensures regulatory and permit compliance, and facilitates communication among the client, consultants, project

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Planning, or related field.
5–10 years of relevant experience in environmental, transportation, or public works projects.
Experience coordinating or administering professional services contracts.
Experience reviewing consultant work products and coordinating comments among multiple disciplines.

Mansioni

Administer and coordinate professional services contracts across planning, environmental clearance, design, construction, and post-construction phases.
Develop scopes of work, task orders, procurement materials, correspondence, and closeout records.
Monitor consultant performance against scope, schedule, budget, deliverables, and terms.
Review consultant deliverables, progress reports, invoices, submittals, and permit materials for quality and compliance.
Coordinate CEQA/NEPA environmental documents and other regulatory reviews.
Track environmental commitments, permit conditions, and mitigation requirements.
