Job summary

Compass Point is seeking a Riverbed Engineer (SME) to join our team supporting USSOCOM at MacDill AFB. This senior role covers architecture, operations, and cyber hygiene for Riverbed monitoring across classified and unclassified environments.

You will guide design, ensure secure performance monitoring, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with cross-domain teams on SBOMs, RBAC, and incident response.

Qualifications

• Senior Riverbed expertise required across enterprise monitoring and performance optimization.
• DoD cybersecurity standards and STIG compliance knowledge.
• Must possess DoW 8140 compliance under Work Role Code 451 as System Administrator - Advanced.

Responsibilities

• Design secure Riverbed monitoring architectures across NIPR, SIPR, and SOCRATES enclaves.
• Administer platform configuration, health monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Provide Tier II/III engineering support and RCA.
