Job summary

CRC Group is seeking a highly analytical Risk Solutions Analyst to support the development, evaluation, and execution of innovative insurance and reinsurance structures. You will build and maintain financial models, analyze portfolio performance, and support capacity and alternative capital solutions across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Data Analytics, Risk Management, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 0-2 years of experience in Insurance Reinsurance Data Analytics.
• Strong Excel modeling skills, with Python, Power BI, Tableau, and Posit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in financial modeling and scenario analysis for prospective transactions.
• Analyze underwriting portfolio performance and capital efficiency across programs and facilities.
• Support diligence processes involving reinsurers, carriers, investors, and strategic partners.
• Build and maintain financial models used to evaluate program profitability, return on capital, and risk-adjusted performance.
• Develop reporting and dashboards for management and capital partners.
• Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, finance, data analytics, and operations teams.
