Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Risk Mitigation Specialist/Officer in the Quantico, VA area to prepare, implement, and oversee RMSs addressing risk indicators. You will provide technical direction to government and contractor staff and mentor RMOs. In-office role with some travel may be required.

Requirements include active TS-SCI clearance, 8+ years of relevant risk analysis experience, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $110,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active TS-SCI Clearance required.
• At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the labor category with recent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the labor category from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, implement, and oversee risk mitigation strategies (RMS) addressing risk indicators.
• Provide technical direction and feedback to Government and Contractor staff on risk management.
• Conduct peer reviews and manage workload with suspense dates and KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and brief at conferences/meetings on risk management.
• Maintain and update strategic documents and source packages under DoD guidance.
