Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the labor category.
• 8+ years in risk treatment or risk management across multiple domains.
• 8+ years with risk management standards (ISO 31000, COSO).
• 8+ years in verbal and written communication.
• 8+ years in data analysis and problem solving; database manipulation with Microsoft tools.
• 8+ years in identifying trends and recommending solutions.
• 8+ years in strategic communications with stakeholders.
• 8+ years navigating classified/unclassified technology (SharePoint, MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee RMSs addressing risk indicators with rationale and residual risk.
• Ensure RMSs follow internal style guides for dissemination.
• Manage a portfolio of companies under mitigation.
• Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to RMOs.
• Conduct peer reviews of RMSs drafted by less experienced RMOs.
• Identify improvement areas and implement solutions.
• Manage workload with suspense dates and prioritization.
• Respond to information requests from government customers.
• Brief at conferences/meetings on risk management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
