Job summary

TikTok seeks an experienced governance and compliance professional to design and oversee seller governance programs in Bellevue/Seattle, ensuring policy adherence and enforcement across the marketplace.

You will coordinate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Operations to strengthen detection systems and data-driven enforcement while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related work experience required; in lieu of degree, 4 years of related work experience accepted.
• Must have 2 years of experience in: project management with cross-functional teams, risk/issue management, data analysis with dashboards, presenting documents to leaders, and identifying security/privacy improvements.

Qualifications

QualificationsMust have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, employer will accept an additional two years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in the following: Project management, including collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven business strategies; Managing project or program risk and issues related to meeting deadlines, project schedule, resourcing, or budget by identifying, communicating, and triaging resolutions; Analyzing data, building and maintaining datasets, and creating dashboards for product or project planning; Developing graphical and visual representations of data using Excel or Tableau; Interfacing directly with business leaders and stakeholders to present product or project documents, including strategy, timeline, and status documents; and Identifying opportunities to improve security or privacy compliance processes and systems.

Travel Requirement: International travel required up to 5%.

Job Information

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $180003 - $198360 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
