QualificationsMust have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering (any), Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering (any), Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, and 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:Leveraging advanced data gathering, processing, and analysis techniques to develop and deliver data-driven recommendations that support and influence key business decisions;Conducting forecasting and experiment analysis, and communicating quantitative insights through clear visualizations using Tableau or Excel;Researching and developing analyses, forecasting, and optimization methods to improve product quality using SQL, time series, and causal inference experiments;Cleaning, processing, and analyzing large-scale datasets using relational databases or Hadoop systems; andBuilding and validating machine learning models including clustering, classification, and other predictive models to solve business problems.Travel Requirement: International travel required up to 20%.Type: Full time, 40 hours/weekLocation: Bellevue, WASalary Range: $208050 - $335920 per year TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $208050 - $335920 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
