Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management, workforce strategy development, or metrics-driven decision making.
• 5+ years in developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications.
• Current, active TS/SCI US Government Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with AWS service teams to meet technical commitments to named programs.
• Interface with Capture, Sales, and Solutions Architecture teams to provide depth to partnership discussions and capture/pursuit decisions.
• Coordinate a matrixed team drawn from the Federal business verticals in support of specific programs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop the long-term strategy for AWS to deliver in the Federal program space, including global infrastructure, feature and service deployment, and go-to-market approach.
