Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Sr. Manager, Business Risk Management to deliver practical risk management support across R&D functions. The hybrid role will enable risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring to strengthen decision making.

You will build relationships with study teams, functional leads, and BRM colleagues, stay current on BRM practices, and help drive a Credo-based culture of smart risk taking. Beerse, Belgium or East Coast USA locations.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent; preferred business or scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or related industries.
• In-depth understanding of drug development and portfolio risk management.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement BRM capabilities, methodologies, and risk management practices across designated functions and study teams.
• Assist with deployment of BRM technologies and manage user access requests.
• Facilitate risk discussions, assess risks, mitigation planning, monitoring and escalation as needed.
• Provide independent review and monitoring of business partner risks and promote clear risk communication.
