Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine R&D is recruiting for an Associate Director, Program Management Leader. This hybrid role can be located in Raritan, NJ; Spring House, PA; or Beerse, Belgium.

You will translate CDT strategy into a CDP and lead the PMT to ensure program execution and resource alignment. The role requires extensive PM experience in pharma, strong leadership, and collaboration across functions, with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in Pharmaceutical, CRO or related Healthcare industry.
• Experience in Project Management within Research & Development; PM systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Translate CDT strategy into a Compound Development Plan.
• Lead the Program Management Team and ensure CDP execution.
• Monitor scope, timelines, and budget with cross-functional partners.
• Identify risks, mitigation strategies, and governance metrics.
• Maintain cross-functional risk registers and financial tracking.
• Travel up to 20% domestically/internationally.
