Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a senior risk management leader for FnAP, CR, POE and MPE executive escalations. You will manage 7 specialized risk managers handling 300+ high-priority cases annually, overseeing $1.1B in listings and serving 220,000 customers, sellers, and brands worldwide.

The role requires 7+ years in workplace risk investigations, strong leadership, and proven process-improvement skills to reduce escalations while maintaining high accuracy and strict SLA targets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of conducting workplace risk investigations.
• Experience leading risk investigations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience leveraging technology to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of risk managers handling executive escalations.
• Coordinate cross-functional root cause analyses with Policy, Legal, Operations, Product and Business units.
• Ensure quality and maintain SLA adherence for escalation resolutions.
• Mentor team members and develop investigation frameworks for global adoption.
