Utica National Insurance Group is seeking a Senior Risk Management Consultant for the Boston Metro area. You will provide high-level safety services, conduct underwriting surveys, and submit recommendations to improve risk desirability while helping to control loss experience.

The role requires 2–4 years of safety and health experience with preference for 3+ years in the field as a Risk Management Rep. Education preferred includes an associate or bachelor’s degree with concentrations in safety,

Formación

• 2–4 years of safety and health experience.
• Minimum 3 years of field experience as a risk management rep preferred.
• Associate's Degree preferred; concentration in safety/health, fire protection, science or engineering.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide underwriting with timely and complete underwriting survey reports.
• Provide high level safety services to policyholders, including employee safety training and safety meetings.
• Submit technically sound recommendations to improve risk desirability and reduce losses.
• Complete loss analysis and serious injury investigations and propose corrective actions.
• Maintain good communications with other departments, policyholders and producers.
