Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in claims management, insurance, or risk management.
• Legal background preferred with knowledge of litigation processes.
• Highly organized self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and execution of enterprise-wide risk management initiatives across multiple business lines.
• Manage and maintain knowledge of claims processes across insurance coverages (property, GL, professional liability, builder's risk).
• Receive and process claim notices, liens, lawsuits, and other claim-related documentation.
• Partner with internal and external legal counsel to develop effective litigation strategies.
• Serve as a liaison between carriers, counsel, and internal stakeholders during claims and litigation.
• Document and communicate claim activity accurately and timely to support resolution.
