Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Senior Risk Analyst to provide advanced analytical, advisory, and documentation support for enterprise-level risk management activities. This role leads complex risk assessments, drives risk documentation and reporting processes, and supports governance bodies and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of risk analysis or enterprise risk management experience.
• Experience supporting Federal agencies or government programs.
• Ability to lead analytical tasks with limited oversight.
• Understanding of risk frameworks and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, including root-cause analysis and evaluation of likelihood, impact, and interdependencies.
• Develop, maintain, and update risk registers, KRIs, performance indicators, and related risk documentation.
• Prepare materials for governance meetings, synthesize inputs, capture action items, and ensure follow-through.
• Identify improvements to risk processes, tools, documentation workflows, and reporting mechanisms.
