Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Risk Analyst to support enterprise-level programs by conducting research, performing qualitative and quantitative analyses, developing reports, and supporting ongoing risk-related initiatives. This role collaborates with subject matter experts to evaluate risks and support decision-making.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, structured communication, and comfort with formal documentation, recurring reporting cycles, and governance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of work experience, including Federal agencies or government programs.
• 2+ years in risk analysis, data analysis, or analytical roles in structured environments.
• Experience conducting research and developing structured analytical products.
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects with documentation and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Risk Research & Analysis: Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to assess risks, evaluate likelihood and impact, and identify contributing factors.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare data-driven reports summarizing risk insights, analysis outcomes, and trends.
• Program & Process Support: Track tasks, milestones, updates, and corrective actions; analyze processes to improve risk workflow.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Support working groups, prepare materials, and align risk insights with organizational objectives.
