You will partner with business leaders to embed risk-informed decision making, strengthen governance, develop KRIs, support audits, and promote operational resilience in alignment with enterprise risk appetite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least nine years in Risk Management, Operations, Audit, Compliance, or related field.
• Experience providing risk advisory to business leaders in a regulated environment.
• Experience leading complex initiatives and influencing multiple functions.
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks, governance, regulatory expectations, and internal controls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across organizational levels.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and deliver results in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise Technology & Enterprise Operations lines on operational, technology, regulatory risks.
• Partner with leadership to strengthen risk awareness and decision making.
• Embed risk considerations into processes, initiatives, and planning.
• Lead risk assessments and evaluate controls to mitigate risk.
• Drive risk initiatives, remediation, governance, and reporting.
• Develop risk reporting, KRIs, and provide insights to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and enterprise risk standards.
• Present risk reports and recommendations to senior leadership and committees.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and strengthen controls.
• Support audit, regulatory, and issue management activities.
• Provide leadership and coaching to risk professionals and project teams.
