State Street invites applications for a Managing Director – Business Risk Advisor Lead in Financing and Portfolio Solutions. You will set the risk agenda, challenge senior leaders, and oversee a regulator-ready first-line risk framework across Agency Lending, Prime Services, Secured Financing and Portfolio Solutions.

You will lead a team of Business Risk professionals, partner with Front Office, Operations, Technology, Compliance, Legal, Finance and Internal Audit, and ensure disciplined

Qualifications

• 15+ years of financial services experience in senior risk roles.
• Experience leading risk advisory for broker-dealers or multi-asset trading businesses.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage regulatory examinations.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior Business Risk Management for Financing Solutions and Portfolio Solutions.
• Develop and oversee end-to-end risk and control framework; risk assessments, incidents, and reporting.
• Provide executive risk sponsorship for new products and strategic initiatives.
