Job summary

State Street is seeking a senior first-line Business Risk executive to lead risk advisory and control for GlobalLink, including electronic trading platforms, workflow solutions and post-trade capabilities. The MD will partner with GlobalLink leadership and across Sales, Product, Operations, Technology, Compliance, Legal, Finance and Internal Audit to drive risk strategy.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of financial services risk leadership experience.
• Direct experience with electronic trading platforms and markets risk.
• Proven ability to lead regulatory examinations, audits and remediation programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior escalation point for material risk, control and emerging risk matters.
• Lead and develop a team of Business Risk professionals across regions.
• Provide executive risk guidance to leadership on trade execution, lifecycle, and regulatory reporting.
• Establish end-to-end first-line risk and control framework with KPI and issue governance.
• Partner with Compliance and Legal on global regulatory requirements and practical actions.
