Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Solutions Engineer/Consultant/Technical Integration Architect in healthcare data, FinTech, or employment screening
• 3+ years in healthcare provider credentialing, PSV, sanction checks, or license continuous monitoring
• Strong technical background in RESTful APIs, web services, JSON/XML formats, and modern SaaS architectures
• Proven experience interfacing with CRAs, ATS providers, or enterprise background screening tech

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM planning and cross-functional alignment for product launches and growth proposals
• Design and execute tailored product demonstrations across Licensing, Credentialing, Verifications, and Monitoring
• Conduct in-depth discovery with health systems and background screening partners
• Translate business requirements into technical value propositions and respond to RFPs/RFIs and security assessments
• Advise management on customer acceptance and market trends; recommend product enhancements
• Provide ongoing technical and product support to accelerate onboarding and revenue growth
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Marketing to position Risk Intelligence solutions
