Job summary

CFS, a well-established multi-entity organization in the Orlando area, seeks a Risk & Insurance Analyst to own commercial insurance administration while contributing to enterprise risk, governance, and M&A initiatives. The role offers visibility to senior leadership, autonomy, and exposure across diverse programs including property, GL, auto, cyber, and D&O.

Approximately 80% of the workload focuses on insurance and risk management with the remainder in corporate governance and strategic risk

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial insurance administration or corporate risk management.
• Experience coordinating insurance renewals, contracts, and compliance.
• Strong ability to analyze risk and advise leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration of commercial insurance programs across multiple entities.
• Coordinate annual insurance renewals; collect and validate exposure data.
• Manage certificates of insurance, endorsements, audits, and invoicing; monitor expenditures.
• Review policies/endorsements for accuracy and maintain schedules.
• Administer property and automobile claims; reporting and follow-up.
• Evaluate third-party contracts for insurance provisions and suggest changes.
• Develop and implement corporate risk management policies; support M&A activity.
