Job summary

Aon is seeking an Account Executive for our team in Green Bay or Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will manage client relationships, drive renewal processes, and educate clients on risk management. You should have 5-7 years of risk insurance experience and a proven sales record.

Qualifications

• 5 - 7 years of appropriate risk insurance experience coupled with account management experience.
• Experience handling large, sophisticated, multi-national clients.
• Ability to lead a book of business of at least $3.5 Million - $5 Million in annual revenue.

Responsibilities

• Retains and grows Aon's business, cultivating relationships with senior-most client decision-makers.
• Drives the renewal process and coordinates with Brokers.
• Educates clients in risk management and relevant trends.
