Job summary

Zohorecruit invites an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to join our capital markets technology team in New York City. You will partner with trading, business, and IT stakeholders to translate front-office needs into scalable technology solutions for secured financing, credit products, and related workflows.

You will document requirements, map current processes, design user stories, and support the delivery lifecycle from requirements through testing and deployment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of business analysis experience in capital markets
• Experience gathering requirements and facilitating workshops
• Map business processes and translate needs into tech solutions
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile delivery
• Proficiency with JIRA, Excel, Visio, Tableau

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements with stakeholders
• Map and optimize business processes and controls
• Translate needs into clear specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
• Support initiatives from requirements through testing, deployment, and validation
• Facilitate communication across trading, business, operations, and IT teams
