Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a Senior Data Analyst - Risk Management in Chicago to support Enterprise Risk Management under the Senior Director. You will lead risk projects, maintain risk scorecards, and contribute to annual risk assessment and risk appetite efforts.

You will design KRIs, manage reporting, prepare decks for ERM committees, and collaborate with Product Development, Legal/Compliance, Operations, IT, and Finance. Independent, analytical, and communicative candidates succeed here.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, risk management or a related field required.
• Typically, five or more years of progressive risk professional experience; three or more in financial services.
• Advanced knowledge of analytics and reporting tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise risk management projects as directed by the Senior Director of Enterprise Risk Management.
• Maintain and lead ongoing development of Enterprise Risk Scorecards.
• Contribute to annual risk assessments, risk appetite statement and tolerances.
• Design and manage KRIs and KPI performance reporting for top enterprise risks.
• Coordinate risk assessments, including RCSAs and GRC updates.
• Create and distribute risk-based reports to management and committees.
