Capital One seeks a Sr. Associate in the CFRM Risk Office to help execute risk assessments, audits, and governance initiatives across the organization. You will counsel stakeholders, drive issue management, and optimize controls using analytics and AI-assisted tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 2 years of experience consulting, auditing, or working in risk management or data/model fields.

Responsabilités

• Understand CFRM’s strategy and contribute to its evolution over time; communicate activities effectively.
• Assist in managing engagements, including internal audits, impacting CFRM.
• Facilitate risk assessments and related activities; provide counsel and drive outcomes.
• Provide thought leadership to business partners on control enhancements to elevate risk mitigation.
• Oversee issue management by tracking remediation and closure across CFRM governance processes.
• Leverage AI tools and best practices to automate workflows and drive process improvements.
• Analyze data to identify risks, trends, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with CFRM Risk Advisors and stakeholders across three lines of defense.
