Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a detail-focused professional to support the Consumer Investments Controls & Supervision organization and the Platform & Product Controls team. You will mitigate risk, triage platform incidents with key stakeholders, and prepare business continuity plans for major market events.

You will develop templates, playbooks, and information, identify risks and controls, establish forums with internal clients, and drive process improvements, QA practices, and regulatory inspection

Qualifications

• 3+ years work experience in financial services.
• Understanding of Merrill Edge clients and business.
• Demonstrated leadership and process-improvement abilities.
• Strong analytical capability for root cause analysis and reporting.
• Creative problem solving and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Support Consumer Investments Controls & Supervision and Platform & Product Controls.
• Mitigate risk and triage platform incidents with key stakeholders.
• Prepare Business Continuity plans for major market events.
• Manage real-time platform incidents and proactive event planning.
• Develop and review templates, playbooks, and critical information.
• Identify business risks and associated controls to mitigate risk.
